Auditions
Places Everyone! Ages 13-20
Wednesday, November 19th, 6:30pm-9:30pm
Performances: February 27th & 28th and March 1st, The Magnolia Theatre at The Lincoln Center.
Rehearsals begin December 3rd at 2016 E. Lincoln Ave: Wednesdays 6:30pm-9:30pm AND Saturdays 1:00pm-4pm. (No rehearsals December 24th, 27th, 31st. No rehearsals January 3rd).
Tech Week: February 23rd-26th, 5:30-9:30, The Magnolia Theatre at The Lincoln Center.
Fee: $350.00 (Sibling registration discount available. Sliding scale & scholarship available.)
Registration Payment begins after cast list is posted. Cast list will be shared no later than November 21st.
Please prepare song in the style of the show or from the show: 32 measures/1 min to 1.5 mins.
Please prepare monologue in the style of the show: approx. 1 min
We will have a Bluetooth speaker available. Please have the karaoke/instrumental version of your song excerpt ready to go.
There will also be a group dance portion where Molly will teach you 1 min. of choreography. You will perform this with the group in your hour time slot.
Please bring a headshot & resume (list of show experience). Please also bring a list of conflicts for rehearsals. (No tech week or performance conflicts are allowed).
We prefer in person auditions. However, if you can't make audition day, please email info@fortcollinschildrenstheatre.org for video submission information.
Once you sign up, you will receive an email with more information about cold reads, dance excerpt, and any forms you will need to fill out (conflicts, conduct, needed accomodations, etc.), so please watch your email!
There will be workshops for those interested in costume design, marketing/social media, set design/build, painting techniques, stage makeup, etc. Those who are in the cast and are also wanting to participate in these workshops will receive discounted fees for any of these workshops. More information coming soon!

Student musicians will be paid $100.00. There will be 5 required rehearsals: December 6th, January 10th, January 24th, February 7th and February 14th. The rehearsals will be from 9am until 12:30pm and will be held at 2016 E. Lincoln Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80524. Sitz Probe will be held on Saturday, February 21st. Times to be announced later, but will most likely also be at 9am.
Musicians will also be required to be at tech rehearsals on February 24th, 25th and 26th. And at all 5 performances: February 27th at 7pm, February 28th at 2pm and 7pm, and March 1st at 12:00pm and 5:00pm. (Call times will be announced later). Tech and Performances will be at The Magnolia Theatre in The Lincoln Center.
